To ensure you can maintain tight security of your account, you have the ability to block cards. This will deactivate for a limited time to avoid unwanted use.
A card will remain blocked until you choose to unblock it. Read about Unblocking cards here.
Please note: Card blocking means that payment cannot be made for fuel or other products (toll payments happen offline and may still be processed even after the card has been blocked).
There are a number of ways to block a card.
Option A: Blocking one or multiple cards from the Cards list
- Select Cards from the menu in the top left corner of the page.
- Place a check mark against all the cards you wish to block by clicking the square icon to the left of the card details. Once you have selected your chosen cards, click Block in the blue bar at the bottom of the page.
- You’ll receive a notification to confirm when a card has been successfully blocked.
Option B: Blocking single card from the Cards Details
- Select Cards from the menu in the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the card you wish to block.
- Click the Block button next to the display of the card.
- You’ll receive a notification to confirm when a card has been successfully blocked.
Option C: Blocking one or multiple cards from the Homepage
- Click Block cards which is listed under Tasks
- A search box appears where you must type at least 4 characters from either the Name on Card, VRN, or card number
- Select the card/cards you want to block by clicking the “add” icon
- When you have selected cards, click Block in the lower-right corner of the search window.
- You’ll receive a notification to confirm when a card has been successfully blocked.
