You can transfer your T4E OBU (EETS4U) from one vehicle to another. Please note that it will take up to 48h before all toll domains have been deactivated in the source vehicle and activated in the destination vehicle.
Currently, this feature is enabled only for vehicles within the same account. We will be allowing the transfer of OBUs between accounts and payers shortly.
If the OBU of the source vehicle does not have any services/country access enabled, then the OBU transfer will fail.
If the destination vehicle was registered within T4E before the request, all source vehicle services/country accesses are not transferred to this destination vehicle. Only services/country accesses that the destination vehicle previously had access to will be enabled. However, you can change your services/country access after the successful transfer of the OBU.
A Select the source vehicle from the vehicle list.
B Select OBU TRANSFER from the action menu.
C Select the destination vehicle. Tip: Please check beforehand if the destination vehicle's details are up to date.
D Now click on TRANSFER OBU.
After you submit the request, the status for the selected vehicles will change to Pending changes. After the changes have been processed, the status will change back to Active.
