Some things to do (if necessary) before you start:
- Check your vehicle data before you start your first registration.
- Click on EDIT DETAILS if you need to add missing information or update incorrect information. Submit your changes, and our system will update the data. This process can take up to 30 minutes. During this time, you cannot order toll services.
Some things to know before you start:
- Your Shell EETS solution (e. g. Toll4Europe, Telepass or Axxès) is already pre-selected for your account(s) based on your contract with Shell. You will find that information when you start a toll registration.
- Simply select the toll service you want to subscribe to from the list. Delete countries from the EETS solution which you do not wish to register for. Submit your order.
- For Toll4Europe devices (EETS4U), you can also pre-register for toll domains. If you do this, the service will be active on your device from the first day it is available.
- Please check your registration before you submit your order. Our system will process your order without further checks.
- Shell Fleet Hub will process your order fully automated. You can check the status in the vehicle list at any time. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours until tolling services are activated in the OBU. Please check the status of your OBU before you start your journey.
The update of toll domains on the OBU will be only successful if the OBU is connected to a power source. Please ensure before adding new toll domains that the box is on and stays connected to the power all the time.
4.1 SCENARIO 1: ORDER AN OBU / TOLL SERVICE FOR ONE SELECTED VEHICLE FROM THE LIST
A Open the drop-down of a vehicle you want to add a toll domain to from your Vehicle List.
B Click the three dots on the right to open up more options.
C Click on Add new Tolling Solution.
D Now select an EETS or other solution from the list. For EETS: Untick countries to which you do not want to subscribe. Based on your choices, Shell Fleet Hub will recommend suitable toll devices.
E When you have made the choice, click on PROCEED.
F In the next step, you will see the delivery address. With a click on the pen, you can change it.
G Please enter the new address in the following format:
ADDRESS LINE 1: Street name
ADDRESS LINE 2: House number
ADDRESS LINE 3: Other useful information such as building number, floor, etc.
H Now click PROCEED.
I Please verify your order again carefully and then accept the Terms & Conditions.
J Now click SUBMIT ORDER.
K Your order has been placed. All toll services and devices ordered are shown once again in an
overview.
